About our speaker: Victor Caputo is the CEO of Supernova Consultants. He began his career as a journalist before entering the library field and worked as Director of Public Relations/Programs for 24 years. He served as a Library Director for six years before engaging his consulting business full time. He has lectured extensively on management, project management, marketing, and customer service.
